Again with the whole baking thing...don't get me wrong I LOVE to bake, and I think I'm getting somewhat better (?), but I don't feel as comfortable or as at-ease as I normally would when I'm cooking. I'm always slightly more nervous that I'll mess up the recipe or measurements, ya know? This recipe was a slight adaptation of Minimalist Baker's Vegan and Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls.
I have a big sweet tooth, and love fulfilling that in ways that are sliiiiighly better for you. I say that because this recipe still calls for a lot of sugar. Although, they are vegan which is a plus for some! Typically I just aim for my recipes to be dairy free and wheat free, but by default sometimes the dairy fee recipes omit eggs and end up being vegan too. I'll take it!
I thought these cinnamon rolls would be both fun and a bit more challenging of a recipe to tackle than my usual breads. So, here we have it, some pretty pictures for you, the mess that I made, and a lot that I ate along the way!
